Job Description:
The company are seeking skilled and reliable workers to support their site operations. In this role, you will be responsible for dismantling structures, salvaging recyclable metals, and ensuring materials are safely processed for reuse. You’ll work on a variety of industrial and commercial demolition projects.

Dismantling Worker – Metal Recycling Industry

Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual dismantling tasks including cutting, lifting, and removing metal components
- Operate demolition tools and equipment (e.g., saws, torches, hammers)
- Sort and prepare ferrous and non-ferrous metals for recycling
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites
- Assist with loading and unloading metal materials
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate work
- Previous mechanic, dismantling, construction, or recycling experience preferred
- Ability to handle physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with power tools, cutting torches, and heavy equipment is a plus
- Must be safety-minded, dependable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- English or Norwegian speaking
- Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed
