Every day, Huddly cameras leave Oslo and end up in meeting rooms across the globe. Behind every delivery sits a chain of orders, documents, customs clearances and people who trust that things arrive on time. That chain is what you look after.
Huddly is a Norwegian technology company that has been building intelligent camera systems for video and collaboration since 2013, used on platforms like Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.
We believe in the power of good conversation, and in technology that brings people closer together rather than pushing them apart. Headquartered in Oslo with customers worldwide, we challenge how video meetings should work. Now we are growing, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to join the Logistics team within Operations. This is a temporary position through May 2027.
This is a role where no two days are quite the same, but they all come down to the same thing: goods flowing, data adding up, and customers feeling secure. You own the orders from the moment they are placed until they are delivered, and you are the voice customers meet along the way. Day to day, that means:
You like numbers and systems, and it bothers you a little when the data does not add up. And you communicate confidently in English, because you work with people all over the world every day.
It is even better if you have:

What you will actually be doing
This is a role where no two days are quite the same, but they all come down to the same thing: goods flowing, data adding up, and customers feeling secure. You own the orders from the moment they are placed until they are delivered, and you are the voice customers meet along the way. Day to day, that means:
- Following up on orders, invoicing and reporting throughout the delivery process
- Managing shipments and customs declarations, and ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
- Keeping the ERP and external systems up to date, and improving procedures and documentation as you go
- Staying in daily contact with customers, partners, 3PL and the contract manufacturer, and collaborating closely across Huddly
Who we are looking for
What matters most to us is not how many years are on your CV, but how you work. Relevant experience can absolutely make up for formal education. You keep track of many processes at once without losing the details, and deadlines are something you meet, not something that catches you off guard. You have a getting-things-done mindset: when something stalls, you figure out why and fix it yourself. You like numbers and systems, and it bothers you a little when the data does not add up. And you communicate confidently in English, because you work with people all over the world every day.
It is even better if you have:
- Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export procedures
- A solid understanding of supply chain principles, and experience with freight forwarders
- Norwegian in addition to English
