About the Position
We are reorganizing the operations in one of our ship agency departments and are looking to hire three part-time employees to fill in for our agents during evenings and nights. Do you like to “think outside the box" or have a disability that has given you additional skills and a unique perspective? Perhaps it's planning the day in detail or a trained approach to evaluating a new challenge. If you feel that you can meet the requirements of the position, YOU are encouraged to apply regardless of age, gender, cultural background, or disability. We value your opinions and knowledge!
We believe in maintaining an environment where all voices are heard – an environment that embraces diversity and respects everyone. Personal qualities are emphasised!
Daily Tasks
After training, you will support operations and company strategy while performing the following tasks:

  • Documentation and clearance of ships upon arrival and departure
  • Communication with all involved parties during ships’ port calls
  • Coordinating and arranging crew change and husbandry services

  • Have an attention to detail and precision that ensures quality work
  • Use structural and organisational skills for greater efficiency
  • Take a problem-solving approach to new challenges
  • Have a passion for providing great service to customers and helping colleagues do the same
  • Exhibit proficient communication skills - written and verbal - in English

We offer
  • An open, inclusive, trust-based, and flexible workplace culture
  • Opportunities for personal and professional development
  • To be a part of a globally recognised shipping and logistics company
  • Equitable salary with automatic increases upon proven competency development
  • Comprehensive benefits and insurance - including health insurance

In our efforts to bring in candidates with diverse perspectives, we aim to provide equal opportunities to all. Therefore, please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions regarding our ability to adapt to your personal needs.
