Warehouse Worker

Manpower is looking for forklift operators for an exciting temporary assignment with one of Norway’s most forward-thinking companies in retail and logistics.

Position: Full-time temporary contract
Start date: 20 August (no later than 25 August)
Duration: Until January 2026, with the possibility of extension
Working hours: Two-shift schedule (06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00) with work every other weekend

Main tasks

• Forklift driving (T1 and T4 – T2 is an advantage)
• Picking, packing, and moving goods
• Contributing to efficient goods flow and maintaining warehouse order

Who you are
For this role, we are looking for candidates who have, or are willing to obtain, a forklift license for T1 and T4. Having T2 is an advantage. We welcome both experienced forklift drivers and candidates who have recently completed their forklift training and are motivated to get started. For the right person, forklift training can also be offered. To succeed in this role, you:

• Have, or are willing to obtain, a forklift license for T1 and T4 (T2 is an advantage)
• Enjoy physical work and warehouse operations
• Work accurately and follow procedures
• Are punctual and cooperative
• Are over 18 years of age
• Have good English language skills, both spoken and written (Norwegian language skills are an advantage)
