Areas of responsibility
When Manpower Professional Engineering hires out a consultant, it is Manpower Professional Engineering that for the most part assumes the role of employer. This includes the following areas of responsibility: Personnel, Wages in the agreed period, Holiday pay, Employer contribution, Sick pay, Public holiday remuneration, Insurance, Obligatory Pension (OTP), Courses and career development.
The customer’s areas of responsibility are limited to the following: Duties induction, Advice and follow-up on daily basis, Health, Environment and Safety in the workplace.
