Work tasks - Ensure that the Project Quality and Risk Management processes identified in governing documents are established and implemented - Establish, implement, manage and follow up the Quality and Risk Management activities in the Project. - Establish and maintain Project Quality and Risk Management Programs and ensure implementation. - Coordinate the Quality and Risk Management work between the Project and Business Areas and basis organisation - Ensure that Quality and Risk Management requirements and philosophy are incorporated in Contract Articles towards the Project's Suppliers and Contractors, and ensure these are implemented. - Establish Auditing and Examination Plans for the Project and ensure follow-up. Coach and train project team in audit and examination practice and use of tool. - Establish and facilitate project Risk Assessment and follow up. Coach and train project team in audit and examination practice and use of tool. - Perform the role of Steering coordinator, ensuring document processes are implemented - Contribute to ensure a good working environment in the Project in relation to all stakeholders - Participate and contribute to the Quality and Risk Management Project network - Assist the project in gathering experience from similar projects and in transferring experience into the dedicated database - Able to undertake workshops for risk assessments, quality and examination, project self assessments, experience transfer and coach and train project team in tools and methods Requirements - Degree or higher Education. Extensive experience may compensate for lack of formal higher education - Minimum 5 years relevant Quality and Risk Management experience in projects or operations (Oil & Gas industry an advantage, however other other allied industries would be considered. - ISO 9001Certified Lead Auditor (If not currently certified, must be confirmed commitment to complete soonest) - Results oriented and proactive - Good communication and interpersonal relation skills - Ability to cooperate and work in a Project Team - Ability to handle high work load and able to work under own iniative - Ability to take responsibility for work tasks and follow up tasks of project team members - Proactive, with "can do it" attitude to overcome challenges - High ethical integrity - Flexible and mobile - Occasional periods offshore may be required.
